The resort was built by the owner company on an area of 280 acres, where the company was keen to build it on a large area to provide all the various facilities in it. 20% of that area was allocated to buildings, villas, chalets, and various units, while the rest of the area was allocated for the establishment of facilities, green spaces, water bodies, and land Scape and Crystal Lagoons Residence. The area of the two-bedroom Gaia chalets on the North Coast starts from 121 square meters, while the three-bedroom chalets start with an area of 147 square meters, and there are duplex units with an area of 223 square meters and twin houses with an area of 245 square meters.
